Wheat Flour Puff Extruder C004 is a special model which can puff mixture of wheat flour and rice. And a large capacity model with 45kg per hour. It can produce hollow stick shape, peanut shape and biscuit shape snacks.
The below is a testing video for C004 producing biscuit shape snacks. We use mixture of wheat flour and water to heat the extruder mold for a while. Then we put the mixture of wheat flour and rice into machine. Start the cutting knife on it, then the biscuit shape snacks are coming out.
